David Kading

Dr. Dave Kading has been recognized in optometry as one of the top 50 influencers of all time, as one of the top 250 innovators, and listed as one of the top 10 best practice in eyecare. He owns three practices in the Seattle area and focuses his practice on Dry Eye, Anterior Segment Disease, Specialty Contact lenses and Myopia Management. He lectures internationally and has written thousands of papers and articles. He most of all loves spending time with his three daughters and optometrist wife, Dr. Kristi Kading.

Mile Brujic

Dr. Mile Brujic, OD, FAAO is a 2002 graduate of the New England College of Optometry. Dr. Brujic is a partner of Premier Vision Group, a successful three location optometric practice in Northwest Ohio. He practices full scope optometry with an emphasis on ocular disease management of the anterior segment and specialty contact lenses. He is active at all levels of organized optometry. Dr. Brujic is on the editorial board for a number of optometric publications. He has published over 350 articles and has given over 1600 lectures, both nationally and internationally on contemporary topics in eye care.

Harmin Chima

Dr. Harmin Chima is a 2015 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Optometry. Prior to attending Ohio State, Dr. Chima completed his undergraduate studies at Miami University of Ohio. Dr. Chima practices in Cleveland, OH. He has worked in different practice settings since graduating, including private practice, OD/MD, and commercial, and he is always willing to share his experiences to help new graduates navigate their first few years out of school. Dr. Chima is an active member of his state optometry association, the Ohio Optometric Association (OOA). He served as Chair of the OOA Young OD Committee, and is currently a committee member. He is also involved as a member of Young OD’s of America, a national association of young leaders in the Optometric profession. In his spare time, Dr. Chima enjoys playing tennis and guitar, listening to Tame Impala albums on repeat, and trying to keep up with his fiancé on 10-mile runs.

Kristin O’Brien

Dr. Kristin O’Brien grew up in Midland, Michigan where, from an early age, she had her eye set on a future in optometry. Dr. O’Brien attended Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. She went on to complete her Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree at the Michigan College of Optometry (MCO) and graduated in 2013. Dr. O’Brien has earned multiple honors as an optometrist; early in her career with the Marchon Practice Management Award and the William Feinbloom Low Vision Award and later was named the 2016 International Vision Council Next Generation Innovator. Most notably, Dr. O’Brien was awarded the 2017 Colorado Optometric Association Young OD of the Year.

Dr. O’Brien moved from Michigan to Colorado in 2013 and opened a cold start private practice with her two business partners and the help of many mentors who have guided her along the way. In 2019, Dr. O’Brien relocated to Charlotte, NC and traded mountain views for life on Lake Norman. In her spare time, Dr. O’Brien enjoys spending time with her dogs, boating, and exploring local eateries in Charlotte with her husband, Chris.
